"In my 35+ years of home ownership and dealing with numerous contractors and their employees, I have never encountered such courteous workers as your employees.
Greg was out here yesterday to repair a leak resulting from some work done in January. He was extremely polite and courteous in addressing all my questions and issues, was thorough in his work and assured me that if I had any other questions or concerns I could contact him at any time.
With good customer service being so rare these days, it's so refreshing to encounter people like Greg and the "John, John, Nick, Rob" crew who were here last month. These young men who work in extreme conditions should be commended for doing such excellent work in such a positive and cheerful attitude.
You can be assured that I will and have already recommended Town to friends primarily because your crews have left such a wonderful impression on my husband and myself.

"It is with pleasure to write this critique and applaud the outstanding workmanship and the manner that was demonstrated by the entire work force of Town Building Systems. From the very beginning; the professionalism and knowledge demonstrated by Steve was reassuring, he was more than helpful, he made you feel like he was working for you and looking for the best solutions for the tasks, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, sincere and honest.
The workmen arrived on time, looking and acting in a professional manner, they completed the job ahead of schedule and at the price quoted, what more can be said? Well in this case several thoughts come to mind, John and Nick from the very beginning moved swiftly, surely and confidently to their mission and task at hand. Paying very close attention to explain exactly what they were going to do, using booties to cover their shoes every time they entered the house, explaining and alerting us, when they would be making a loud or alarming noises. The reason for this, was important, my wife and I were babysitting our 18 month old grandson.
They (Steve, John and Nick) were very impressive and represented the Company in a very professional manner. I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend Town Building Systems to all that might ask or question their abilities and methods."

"We hired Town to insulate our 1950’s built home. They were to blow cellulose into the walls thru the brick. The project was several thousand dollars but our home is drafty and we were very willing to pay to have it fixed. It appeared that there was no insulation in the walls and that is a common problem in our area in older homes.
When John and Rob began working, they discovered that we did have insulation and so they could add a small amount more but that it would not help us much with the issue. And so, instead of continuing and charging us thousands for useless work, they stopped and told us they could not, in good conscience, continue and charge us knowing it would not help.
I would never had known that they could not blow in the insulation. I would have paid. They wasted a few hours at my house. They charged me nothing. Instead they suggested the issue was a lack of insulation at the floor joist level which they can fix via a different route. They showed me where the cold air was coming in and more insulation from above as we had planned would not help that situation.
The honesty, integrity and professionalism they displayed was exemplary. I truly believe many other companies would have “finished” the house and charged me even though it would have been useless. I am very glad I had such a great crew work on my home and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
They will be over soon to fix the issue and I am so grateful to John and Rob for their help."

"Just had blown in insulation done. Workers were very knowledgable and polite. Did a terrific job and did everything we agreed to in contract. Actually did a little extra. They weren't the most expensive nor the cheapest. got great bang for the buck. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone. If I could give them 6 stars I would."
